Going to this place for my CNY Huat Cai Lunch with my colleagues tomorrow.
Huat Cai Lunch is named by 1 of them.

This is my first time visiting it.
I think is a Thai-Chinese food place.
It is down by the sea a the Civil Service Club at Changi Village
and has a large window area facing the sea.
That's all i know for now.
